Booking alterations requested by you

In case you want to alter your tour date or replace the tour with another available tour, you are kindly requested to inform us at least 1 day prior to the actual tour date. We will do our best to help you with an alternate tour. We don’t charge anything for this service.

Refund on tour cancellations made by us

In the case of tour cancellations made by us due to bad weather conditions etc., we will give you a full refund for your payment.

Refund on tour cancellations made by you
Our customers can cancel their reservations 24 hours before the tour date with no charge and get a full refund. If the customers are not able to attend the booked tours due to medical conditions, related tour cancellations are allowed, and a full refund is due. In the case of other emergencies, you will get a half refund for the booked tours. Thank you for your understanding.
Alterations on the booked tours

We try our best to make sure that all tour programs are arranged as described on our website. Due to some unavoidable events, Happy Tours Turkey holds the right to alter some or all of the programs without any prior notice. You will be notified at least one day before your tour starts.

Complaints

If there is any issue or a dispute over any particular tour, you are free to talk to the tour manager or contact us at any time. We are eager to resolve the issue in your best interest.

If any issue cannot be resolved amicably, then the issue escalates to the purview of laws of the governing country where the actual tours are conducted. By opting to book our services, it is understood that you will abide by the prevailing laws under the jurisdiction of the governing country.

If you have booked an excursion to Rhodes, Greece; please read the tour details carefully on our website.

Payments
You don't have to pay anything when you book a day trip online. However, if you want to book 3 or more tours, we highly recommend making a small deposit to secure your place and price, especially during the high season (July, August and September). Your reservations will be confirmed by our travel agency. Upon arrival at your hotel, a guide will meet you at your hotel and give you the tickets for your reservations and accept payment in cash. Prices include VAT.

Please note that we do not have agreements with all hotels in Marmaris. For this reason, our guides may not be able to enter your hotel, so you may need to contact the agent in front of your hotel to get your ticket. Your hotel may also be selling excursion tickets at a very high price. Our guides are at your disposal to make things easier and more affordable for you.
